Install Official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Update On Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300: XXUGNA7 Firmware Available For The International Version Of The Smartphone

Users of Samsung Galaxy S3 can now install the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update.

A firmware based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean was recently rolled out by Samsung for the international version of the Galaxy S3. Particularly, the firmware with build number I9300XXUGNA7 is available for Samsung Galaxy S3 units bearing the model number GT-I9300.

As posted on Phone Arena, older OS currently available for the Samsung Galaxy S3 are Android 4.0.4, Android 4.1.1 and v4.1.2. With the release of XXUGNA7, Samsung Galaxy S3 owners can now experience the latest Jelly Bean update available.

According to International Business Times, Samsung Galaxy S3 users in United Arab Emirates can now install the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update. Furthermore, other countries that may already receive the OTA update for Android 4.3 Jelly Bean are Afghanistan, Egypsts, Iraq, Libya, Morocco, Nigeria,Turkey and more.

However, since the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update is rolled out in stages, the firmware may not yet be available in other countries via OTA update or through the Samsung KIES desktop tool. Samsung Galaxy S3 owners who wish to install official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean but cannot wait for the OTA update can opt for the manual installation process instead.

Galaxy S3 users should note that there are conditions and requirements to satisfy first before proceeding with the actual installation of official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update on the smartphone.

The battery level of the Galaxy S3 should be 80 percent or more before installing the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Also, make sure that the correct USB drivers for the Samsung Galaxy S3 are installed on the PC so the Android device will easily connect with the PC.
