Users of HTC One can now install official Android 4.4.2 KitKat update on their smartphone.

According to a post on Android Pit, the owners of the Verizon HTC One can now install the official Android 4.4.2 KitKat update. The official firmware can be accessed as an over-the-air notification. The Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for HTC One Verizon is 620 MB-huge, according to GSM Arena.

Sprint was the first carrier in the US to release the official Android 4.4.2 KitKat update, making it available for their subscribers with HTC One last week.

Aside from the Verizon and Sprint variants, the official Android 4.4.2 KitKat is now available for HTC One users in various Asian countries. Particularly, the official Android 4.4.2 KitKat update is now available in India, Philippines.
