Nicole and Lewis were grinning like loved-up teenagers as they held hands while walking out of London's Mayfair hotel on Sunday, The Huffington Post UK reports. According to Now magazine, Hamilton met Scherzinger at the hotel after landing in London - his taxi was still full of his suitcases. A pretty shopping bag reportedly sat beside his luggage in the trunk of the car, and looked a lot like an early Valentine's Day gift!

In fact, the whole evening seemed like an early Valentine's Day date: after picking up Nicole from her hotel, Lewis whisked off the "X Factor" judge to a romantic dinner, before they ended their night in a north London hotel.

Now magazine reports that a member of staff was seen with a huge bunch of flowers, which were presumably meant for Nicole! The Independent describes the bouquet as "bursting with pink lilies and peach roses." How romantic!

Nicole, 35, and Lewis, 39, split back in July, after dating for five years.

Speculation that they were back together began to spark when the couple posted matching Instagram photos to their accounts, showing they were on a New Year's Eve skiing break together in Aspen, Colorado.

"Nicole is giving serious thought to moving in with Lewis," a source told The Sun this week. "They know they can't keep splitting up and getting back together, so more commitment is the next step."
