Upcoming LG Phones 2014: Specs Of Upcoming G Pro 2 Smartphone Confirmed By AnTuTu, Boasts 6" Display, Snapdragon 800, 3GB Of RAM

For the past couple of months, we have been reading a lot about upcoming LG phones for 2014, particularly the G Pro 2 and the G3. Now, a new report has confirmed the main specs of the former.

According to GSM Arena, the Optimus G Pro successor's specs have been confirmed by popular benchmarking app AnTuTu as the device appeared in its database.

The report says the Android-powered handset packs some impressive features - at least on paper. The G Pro 2 boasts a 6-inch screen with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a Snapdragon 800 chipset powered by 4 Krait 400 cores, each clocked at 2.26GHz, 3GB of RAM and Adreno 330 for maximum performance in games and graphic-heavy applications.

The cameras have also been confirmed by the AnTuTu database. The upcoming LG phone reportedly has a 13-megapixel shooter at the back and a 2MP front camera.

With all these top of the line specs, we expect the LG G Pro 2 to make a splash in the market once it gets announced.

While the high-end phone has yet to get an exact release date, there are rumors which point to an announcement this month and a release next month.
