Michelle Fairley Chooses 'Live Another Day' Over Season 4 Game Of Thrones: Will Catelyn Stark Return In Season 5 After '24' [TRAILER] Role?

As "Game of Thrones" begins season 4, actress Michelle Fairley will exchange Catelyn Stark for Margot, a recurring role in the upcoming Fox mini-series "24: Live Another Day."

The 12-episode mini-series will premiere on May 5, 2014, and Michelle Fairley will replace Judy Davis as Margot, a British national and the widow of a notorious terrorist.

TVLine reports that "24: Live Another Day" will pick up three years after the events of the series finale, with Jack Bauer on the run from CIA operatives.

After bowing out of "Game of Thrones" during the infamous Red Wedding, Michelle Fairley has been seen on "Suits" season 3, and will now join actors like Lynn Rajskub, Kim Raver, William Devane, Giles Matthey, Gbenga Akkinnagbe, Benjamin Bratt, Yvonne Strahovski, and Michael Wincott on the popular Fox revival.

Currently, "24: Live Another Day" is filming in London.

Of course, some fans will been saddened to see Michelle Fairley on another series as "Game of Thrones" season 4 prepares for its premiere on April 6.

Of course, any fan of "Game of Thrones" knows that while Michelle Fairley is not in season 4, she could return in season 5 or later.

But with the actress currently working on other projects, only time will tell whether Michelle Fairley will return after "Game of Thrones" season 4 finishes its broadcast and season 5 begins production.
