There are more than 100 upcoming PS4 games for 2014.

Sony revealed that over 100 games will be available for the PS4 this year. In a meeting dubbed as the "State of the Platform", the PlayStation maker disclosed information about the status of the console in the market as well as the upcoming PS4 games 2014.

One of the slide shows during the presentation, as cited by IGN, reads, "PS4's are generally sold out at all retailers although regular supply is refreshing the channel." Furthermore, the three best-selling games on PS4 are "Call of Duty: Ghosts," "FIFA 14" and "Battlefield 4."

Furthermore, the post on IGN reads, "Sony claims that it "has increased its market share" among what the company calls "heavy gamers," or players that play a ton of games."

As posted on Lazy Gamer, it "likely means about 30 actual full retail games, 50 smaller indie games and 20 "experiences" that would be more at home on your phone."

Some of the upcoming PS4 games expected to arrive this year, according to a post on Latin Post, are "The Order: 1886," "inFamous Second Son," "Shadow of the Beast" and "Velocity 2X."

Furthermore, another upcoming PS4 game this 2014 is a fantasy online RPG adventure title from Capcom called "Deep Down." However, reports stated that Deep Down PS4 release date has been delayed to give the developers more time to explore the console and take advantage of it.

Explaining their decision to delay Deep Down PS4 release date, game producer, Kazunori Sugiura shared, "Since we don't want to risk to be told 'This could have been done on PS3!' we want to finish a game that fully uses the PS4 hardware specs."
