Ghostface Killah on Couples Therapy this week is a complete and utter disgrace to all mankind. How Ghostface Killah could possibly be so disrespectful to girlfriend Kelsey is unreal. In couples therapy Ghostface defends two cheating on his girlfriend Kelsey and later in the episode Killah actually has a therapy session with both women and the Dr. Jenn. The love triange keeps getting weirded on Couples Therapy as we meet the other woman, Latrice.

In group therapy Ghostface defends his two timing way saying, "This is what men do. There's good men there, but 90 percent is out there. Men want to f- everything. Women just won't understand what a man is thinking on what he's feeling and what he goes through." Though this is bad enough for Killah, Ghostface does not end his poor behavior there. Later on in Couples Therapy Ghostface shocks the viewers, Kelsey and even Dr. Jenn at his disrespectfulness towards women.

 After Ghostface came clean that he is in a full on relationship with another woman, the second female, Latrice, was invited to Couples Therapy to face Ghosface and Kelsey. Ghostface said, right in front of Kelsey, that he likes making love to the other woman. "Our connection is crazy," Ghostface explains to Kelsey, and Dr. Jenn. "You make me laugh. You make love to me good. You cook. You do whatever I say." It was entirely uncalled for and made Ghostface clearly made Kelsey so upset. After the therapist called out Ghostface in their twisted Couples Therapy session saying 'talk about disrespect,' Kelsey couldn't a minute more of Killah and stormed out of the room. Why in the world would a woman deal with this lying bastard remains a mystery to all viewers and the other couples on the VH1 show.

 "If I told you I had a woman, what would you have done?" Ghostface asks in their therapy session.

But Kelsey isn't amused.

 "If you told me you've been with a woman for over a year, I wouldn't have gotten my feelings involved. I was lead to feel and think I was special or something that... I don't care what the f- you say. We spent time together. We had beautiful conversations," she says.

"But you're not the only chick I do that with," he yells. "So like yo! You knew when I met you, you knew the aura. I laid my mat down..."

Dr. Berman is disgusted and said 'talk about disrespect Ghost!' "How can you treat her like this when you sat here for a week talking about what an amazing friend she is and the friendship you have. How you care about her and how you love her, and then for you to talk to her like this. Talk about f-ing disrespect. What the f- is that?"

"That's cool because he showed me who he really is," Kelsey says in tears. "All this time, all this f-ing time spent on the phone. It don't matter if it was one f-ing day. It don't matter. The person that you showed me..."

Kelsey stormed out and ended the painful love triangle. Though it's obvious to us, Kelsey is so in love with Ghostface that she may stay with him.

Do you think Kelsey will eventually leave Ghostface?

Their relationship actually seems normal compared to the insane Farrah Abraham.

She is becoming more of a joke each week. If it wasn't for knowing that Farrah lied about her relationship to be on Couples Therapy, is fibbing about the details of her se tape, and is now actually releasing another sex tape, the audience might actually have a tad of sympathy for Abraham.

So how did Farrah get on Couples Therapy? Well, she was supposed to show up with boyfriend Brian Dawe, who so clearly barely knows Farrah. When the 'boyfriend didn't show up she said:

"And I'm so, like, kind of in shock. I obviously am, like, by myself and everybody has somebody here so I'm kind of, like, sad about it." Ok, so she's a tad less than educated than most people, but her tears and pauses were very plausible...if is wasn't for this admittance from Dawe:

"I got myself in this situation because I was only thinking about the profit I would be making from doing this show. That was wrong," Dawe told Starcasm.

"In the back of my head, I realized I could not participate in a TV show that would further exploit Farrah, and where I would have to lie to be involved."

The DJ continues ratting out Farrah. "Farrah told me to lie to the network and tell them the relationship was real...I stepped out of the security line and made a life changing decision to stand up for what I believe in and turn down the check I would be receiving for my appearance on this show."

Brian also explained that she show faked his scenes. In the trailer Farrah is talkaing on the phone but Brian's voice was mysteriously left out. This girl will do anything for a paycheck and fame.

The fake boyfriend even has a real girlfriend! The girlfriend breaks her silence speaking out about how Farrah manipulated an entire story with her boyfriend to be on Couples Therapy.

The girlfriend says, "after attending an event Brian was DJ-ing, Farrah got his cell phone number from his agent, and immediately started asking if he would be interested in a reality show."

She continues, "After she confronted Brian about having a fake relationship to be on Couples Therapy, he sat me down and explained it all."

"I was shocked and obviously didn't know what do say, but he reassured me their relationship was fake and only a business deal to help their careers."

"It was hard to handle at first, but I trusted him."

The girlfriend speaks about dropping off Brian at the airport changing her mind about the lie:

"I was just crying. I didn't know what would happen. It was so hard. But thankfully, he had a change of heart and decided to back out... He called me and told me he wasn't doing it. It was cute."

Farah has a second sex tape coming out after telling In Touch, "It made it hard to have friends and a private life and to trust family, who I feel use me for money. If I went back in time, I would not have done it. The sex tape ruined my life."
