While many fans of the vampire saga were saddened with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's split, the 23-year-old actress didn't regret her decision. In her latest interview with Marie Claire, Stewart attempted to justify her kiss with the 42-year-old director.

 "You don't know who you will fall in love with. You just don't. You don't control it. Some people have certain things, like, 'That's what I'm going for', and I have a subjective version of that," she said.

She similarly added that falling in love shouldn't equate to owning someone: "I don't pressure myself. If you fall in love with someone, you want to own them - but really, why would you want that? You want them to be what you love."

While rumors have circulated that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson reconciled for a short time, the 'Runaways' star's recent interview might hurt her ex-beau's ego.

Despite having a tumultuous relationship with the British hunk, her hopes of having children soon are still high: "I had it too good to not have that, too. If I were to put money on it, definitely, yeah. But you earn that, like, that's so not here yet. I mean, at this point, I can't tell you if I want to hang out on Saturday."
