Jennifer Aniston and fiancé Justin Theroux's wedding is as far as ever and they rarely saw each other since the start of 2014. The former "Friends" star was with her BFF Courtney Cox for her birthday celebration but without the "Wanderlust" actor setting rumors that the same was a confirmation of their breakup.

A source told MailOnline that the pair is "barely communicating right now and plans haven't advanced at all this year."

One of their common fights is Justin Theroux's "passivity on the wedding and there have been more than a few arguments on the subject lately," the insider added.

"She feels like he's broken his pledge to be more proactive when it comes to wedding planning- he consistently won't finalize agreement for a date and 18 months after they got engaged, she just feels he's been doing less than ever," the source told MailOnline.

Jennifer Aniston's birthday celebration seems to confirm what the source is saying as the "Horrible Bosses" actress spent her 45^th with close friends at L.A. eatery Soho House.

According to E!, among the celebrities in attendance were Courtney Cox, Jennifer Meyer, the wife of Tobey Macguire and Chris McMillan, Jennifer Aniston's hairstylist.

Justin Theroux, meanwhile, stayed in New York to finish filming for the HBO series "The Leftovers." 

However, E! also reported that Justin Theroux spent that day with Orlando Bloom at the opening party of Bushwick pop-up in Manhattan. They left the place but proceeded to Jones Café in Soho along with their other friends.

MailOnline noted that when Justin Theroux turned 42 over the summer, his fiancee gave time (and money!) to gift him with a lavish celebration. When it's her turn to celebrate her birthday, he was filming his newest show HBO's "The Leftovers" instead.

The Star, however, insists that the breakup is just a matter of time since Justin Theroux reportedly "dumped" the former "Friends" star after their couples therapy went awry.

"They were doing couples therapy twice a week before the Cabo trip, but since then Justin's refused to go anymore...He felt like they were just going around in circles with no end result, so he decided it was a waste of time," the source told Star.
