iOS 7 Jailbreak news: The jailbreak community is now provided for once again with an untethered Evasi0n Jailbreak for iPhone 5S, 5C and iPod Touch. Redmond Pie notes that the fix is now available for the latest iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices.

The Evasi0n iOS 7- 7.0.4 jailbreak is available for Windows and Mac users, the jailbreak works on all iPhone, iPad and iPod touch models running iOS 7.0, 7.0.1, 7.0.2, 7.0.3 and 7.0.4, Redmond Pie reported.

The units covered in the new fix by Evasi0n are the following: iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad mini, iPad mini 2, and iPod touch 5.

According to Redmond Pie, the release has caught the founder of Cydia, Saurik, by surprise. He clarified on Twitter that the Cydia build included in version 1.0 of Evasi0n 7 is not official and will then be prone to bugs. Tweaks dependent on Subtrate will have issues with this early version of Evasi0n. It is expected that this issue will be fixed in later version of Evasi0n 7.

Based on the number of updates regarding the Jailbreak, there has been at least 10 such changes and new items pertaining to the Jailbreak that the Evasi0n Jailbreak team has released. The final update noted is that the new version 1.0.5 of the Jailbreak is out.

Redmond Pie noted that the new Jailbreak version also adds support for the latest iOS 7.0.5 firmware which Apple released recently for the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. It also indicated that the download links for the jailbreak tool have been updated.
