Charlie Sheen is hoping the fourth time will be the charm as far as marriage. The star of Anger Management will be easing those issues with a long walk down the aisle. The man who is filled with Dragon Blood is marrying a hot adult actress.

Charlie Sheen is getting married for the fourth time after he proposed to his porn star girlfriend Brett Rossi in Hawaii.

According to Sheen's publicist, Jeff Ballard, Charlie is a happy man. The publicist confirmed to People Magazine that Sheen, 48, took Rossi to Hawaii for a Valentine's Day weekend getaway for a romantic proposal.

Charlie Sheen took to Twitter to gush about the proposal, saying "In a moment of Kray-zee (crazy) gratitude; I got my gal (girl)!! 4evurr (forever)!"

Brett Rossi told E!  "I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine's Day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise. The ring is classic and beautiful, but I don't have any photos to share just yet. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He's my best friend and my soulmate."

The day before Sheen proposed, Rossi took to Twitter to gush "Happy Valentine's day to the love of my life & my best friend! Everyday is Vday when I'm with you @charlie sheen,"

Sheen and Rossi went public with their romance last November. The couple was seen getting cozy on their hotel balcony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

This will be the third marriage for Sheen. He married the model Donna Peele in 1995, but the couple broke up a year later.

In 2002, the "Platoon" star married a Bond girl, the beautiful Denise Richards. The couple had two children.

Charlie Sheen married Brooke Mueller in 2008. The couple had twin sons boys.  Charlie and Brooke Mueller got divorced in 2011 after a stormy relationship. Mueller accused Sheen of holding a knife to her throat on a Christmas morning.
