When "Glee" season 5, the hit musical drama show from Fox, returns from its long hiatus, fans can expect more exciting things, according to reports.

Expect the unexpected in "Glee" season 5, episode 9 as there will be a scene that will surely keep your mouth in perfect 'O' shape.

Based on recent reports and spoilers, "Glee" fans can expect TWO major happenings when the hit Fox series returns.

According to TVLine, there will be a KISS from two unexpected charactesr in the show.

"Two characters who have had no romantic history will share a kiss, the kind of kiss that will make you produce a resounding EWWWW," TVLine reported.

However, it is still unclear who these characters are or how the scene would come out.

Aside from this major shocker, there are also reports that the 9th episode will involve "time traveling!"

Reports say that there will be a time jump once the show returns on February 25. This time travel involves Sam (Chord Overstreet), Blaine (Darren Criss) and Artie (Kevin McHale) who will all go several months between their graduation and their move to New York City.

The episode will be officially called "Frenemies" and will focus on the relationship between Santana (Naya Rivera) and Rachel's (Lea Michele). Santana will join Rachel in the "Funny Girl" photo shoot, parading a Barbara Streisand alter ego. This will lead to the popular cheerleader becoming Rachel's understudy for a certain musical.

Although things will be looking good between Rachel and Santana, Matt Webb Mitovich of TVLine said that it might not evolve into something fans would want to see.

"I would if I could... but I can't. Not only does their little Funny Girl imbroglio turn violent, but it will significantly alter their current living situation," Mitovich said.

The entertainment writer also denied rumors that the award-winning musical TV series will only get 19 episodes.

"Brace yourself, because you're about to have the Best. Week. Ever: It isn't true. Season 5 will have 22 eps," he wrote.

In an earlier report, TVLine said that Amber Riley (played by Mercedes Jones) will be sticking around for guest roles. Mercedes was among those who have been cut off for Glee Season 5.

"You're going to see where Mercedes' life is going in a couple of episodes," Riley teased. "You may even see her in a new city."
