New Godzilla 2014 Poster Taunts Fans As 1954 Original Movie Prepares Gets Limited Release In New York, Portland, Houston, And More!

As the 2014 "Godzilla" movie prepares for its May premiere, a brand new poster has fans raving.

The poster showcases Godzilla in San Francisco, towering above iconic buildings like the Transamerica Pyramid.

Up above, you see a fleet of soldiers descending upon the monster, trying to somehow stop it. And one of them is the star lead of the "Godzilla" movie, Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

"It’s about harnessing power, dispersing of waste and messing around with Mother Nature," says cast member Bryan Cranston to Collider.

"Can you actually do that and get away with that? How long can you get away with that? Living in that milieu is this creature that emerges from the muck and mire. It’s very exciting."

Meanwhile, fans can get a double dose of Godzilla this summer, if they live in one of the select cities that will be showing the original "Godzilla" 1954 movie.

According to Science Fiction, the following cities and dates are set for this original "Godzilla" release.
