Zayn Malik has a new tattoo! While his girlfriend Perrie Edwards was there to support Zayn Malik while he got his new tattoo, One Direction fans are asking him to "please stop" with the ink!

Zayn Malik recently went on Instagram to share a photo of his new tattoo, an intricate floral design on his wrist.

"So many tattoos and here's the newest addition to the collection," the One Direction singer captioned the Instagram photo.

According to Perez Hilton, Zayn's girlfriend (and recent fiancee!) Perrie Edwards went with Zayn to the Shamrock Social Club when he went under the needle, so we can speculate that the Little Mix singer approved of his new tat!

His fans, on the other hand, were not too pleased.

Instagram user duygutekirdag commented on the picture: "Cool but please stopp"

But other One Direction fans shared their appreciation for his new tattoo, which Cambio reports is believed to be mandala artwork. According to Wikipedia, the mandala "is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the Universe."

Perrie Edwards previously talked about Zayn's large cartoon tattoo of herself on his arm.

"It must be love to be honest," Perrie said about the ink. "When I'm away from him, I guess he can just take a look at his arm and remind him of me, so it's a lovely compliment, really. I love it, it's lovely."

The Little Mix singer also admitted during an interview with The Mirror, "I've always wanted tattoos, growing up seeing my dad and big brother all tatted. I think it's cool, but I change my mind too much."

When asked if he regrets getting the cartoon version of Perrie tattooed on his arm, Zayn said, "Of course not. It's not a direct portrait but it's all the things I like about her. I didn't tell her before I had it done and just surprised her with it when I came back from the States one day."

"She was shocked at first but loves it now. She thinks I'm crazy, like everyone else does," he added.
