Samsung Galaxy S5 Release Date: Korean Company Launches Another Promo Clip, Hints New Galaxy Will Be Super Fast And Water-Resistant

Samsung Galaxy S5 Release Date: The upcoming flagship Galaxy S5 is expected as one of the main highlights of this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. And it looks like Samsung wants to up the anticipation even more with this new promo clip of the high-end device.

According to a report from GSM Arena, the Korean company has released the video which showcased some buzz words which are expected to describe the features and functions of the upcoming Galaxy S5.

While most of these words have similar durations of their appearance, some take a lot longer. Such words include speed, wet, and life. This could mean that the unannounced Galaxy S5 would emulate these words at launch. We all know that the Korean manufacturer has always marketed its flagship products as the fastest in the market, and this new handset would not be an exception.

However, another word could also hint that the new Galaxy would be water resistant, confirming previous rumors. Here's the video consisting of several images and clips, with those buzz words:

Aside from those speculations, previous rumors also point to a number of impressive features such as a 5.25-inch QHD or 2K screen depending on phone version, Snapdragon 800 or 805 chipset, four Krait cores running at 2.5GHz, and either a 16MP or 21MP primary camera.

Other notable rumored specs include optical image stabilization, a 2MP front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM, and Android 4.4 Kit Kat out of the box. Just yesterday, reports claim there would be a gold version of the device.

So, with these rumored specs and features, is the new Samsung flagship geared and ready to take on the LG G Pro 2 and probably the G3, the Sony Xperia Z2, and HTC's 'All New One'?

It is just a few more days until the MWC and we'll be able to confirm soon enough if the Samsung Galaxy S5 was really worth the hype.
