‘Bond 24’ News, Rumors: Judi Dench Wishes She Had ‘Sorted James Bond Out,’ Will Ralph Fiennes As The New ‘M’ Rise To The Challenge?

In the latest "Bond 24" movie news and rumors, Judi Dench reveals what she wishes her character "M" had been able to accomplish with James Bond. Will Ralph Fiennes as the new "M" in the upcoming James Bond film, "Bond 24," be able to rise to the challenge of sorting him out?

Dench admitted to The Hollywood Reporter that giving up her role in the James Bond franchise was difficult, and she wishes M had "sorted James Bond out. She's always trying to and she hasn't succeeded yet," she said, Yahoo! Movies reports.

Dench became the first woman to portray 007's MI6 boss in 1995, joining the franchise at the same time as Pierce Brosnan with "Goldeneye." She has appeared in every Bond movie since, before bowing out with 2012's "Skyfall," the website reports. She has appeared in seven James Bond movies. When "Casino Royale" essentially rebooted the franchise with Daniel Craig, Dench was the only actor from the earlier films to return, according to Yahoo! Movies.

Now, the role of "M" is going to Ralph Fiennes in "Bond 24," which has a release date on November 6, 2015.

But don't look to Fiennes for any spoilers or rumors about the film.

"I know nothing, I've not been told anything, I have no information, no dates, no sense of the journey of my character at all! I don't!" Ralph Fiennes told Reuters, the New York Daily News reports.

Daniel Craig will star as James Bond again and the film will be helmed by returning director Sam Mendes. Bond girl Naomie Harris is expected to reprise her "Skyfall" role as Moneypenny.
