VH1 Couples Therapy Recap [WATCH VIDEO!] Farrah Abraham Explosive Fight With Her Mom, Sada And Taylor Armstrong Spill Childhood Abuse, Jon Gosselin FInally Breaks Kate Relationship Cycle

VH1 Couples Therapy Recap: Last Thursday night VH1 aired another great episode of Couples Therapy that really made me appreciate the VH1 show more than ever. This episode Farrah Abraham finally met with her mother Deborah Danielson in therapy, Jon Gosselin got a dose of reality from the Couples Therapy cast and Dr. Jenn, and Sada and Taylor Armstrong came face to face with her childhood abuse in therapy. The VH1 episode really was the most powerful one yet as the therapist digs deeper into their issues.

Farrah Abraham's storyline on VH1 Couples Therapy was excruciating to watch this week. The porn star and Dr. Jenn welcomed Farrah's mother, who is even crazier than the Teen Mom. The therapy session was explosive and really didn't give Farrah any closure or insight. If you thought Farrah was quick to defend herself,  act fake, and talk like a dumb bimbo, then you have got to check out Mommy Dearest Deborah on VH1! This mom puts the Farrah's parenting skills to shame!

Dr. Jenn tried to get Farrah and her mom to come to an understanding in therapy about Farrah's painful childhood and how it affects her relationships today. But Deborah would not break down her walls, constantly fighting with her daughter and Dr. Jenn in therapy. Looks like her mom has a lot in common with Farrah. They are both too concerned with how they will be perceived on the VH1 show than to actually get the therapy they need and be honest with themselves and each other. This pair needs REAL therapy, not another reality show.

The hardest part of Couples Therapy came when Dr. Jenn flat out told Farrah she'd have to grieve the fact that she'll never have the mom she wants. It seemed like she was more interested in being there to put on a show of being the supportive mom than to actually be one and understand daughter Farrah. It was heartbreaking and although I can't stand Farrah, I can sympathize with her a little more now.

Farrah Abraham has previously said her childhood was abusive and she was constantly ignored. As much as this revelation along with her mother being a complete b*tch makes me want to sympathize with Farrah, I just can''t.

Despite trying to get help on Couples Therapy, Farrah just keeps lying in real life so it is confusing to watch the Teen Mom break down. Farrah claims she was 'drugged and raped' promoting her porn, but Vivid Entertainment is willing to give Farrah one million dolars to take a lie detector test, which Farrah refuses to take! Why? Because she's lying!

I absolutely love Sada and Whitney and I can see why their relationship is so tumultuous, even though they love each other so much.

After Sada poured her heart out, telling the cast and doc about her abusive childhood, the real trouble brewed between Whitney and Sada out of the therapy session.

Sada is needy and wants someone to be there for her all the time. I completely understand Sada because I'm actually very similar to her. We are pushers but deed down we want you to stay. If we push, you pull.

But Whitney doesn't understand this and takes Sada's words at face value. If Sada tells her to go and play pool or that she's going to take a bath, Whitney just assumes she says what she means. But she doesn't. She wants Whitney not to leave her. It's frustrating for Whitney but she must learn this. I wish Dr. Jenn could witness their fights. She's see that the answer is so obvious.

Jon Gosselin finally realized he must stand up for himself if he wants respect. Liz constantly puts Jon down and it seems like Jon is getting involved with another Kate type of woman that calls the shots and makes Jon feel bad about himself to gain control.

I don't blame Liz. Jon really needs to grow a pair. I actually like Liz and I'm glad that she recognizes the way that she talks to Jon and wants to change it.  I see see this relationship lasting if he can be more assertive and she can take her time with his feelings.

Taylor Armstrong explained her childhood abuse that the doc thinks is the reason she found and stayed with her ex, Russell.
