Tori Spelling is facing another controversy after divorce rumors with husband Dean McDermott as the former "902010" star is reportedly having difficulty trying to contain her luxurious spending habits.

Dean McDermott has reportedly left rehab and returned to their nest in Los Angeles, according to RadarOnline, however the ocassion was marred with another problem as the Canadian actor was supposedly in "somber mood" on Monday.

According to the gossip site, Dean McDermott has told Tori Spelling that "she needs to get treatment for her spending, which is putting added pressure on the family. Tori Spelling's spending is out of control." 

The new development in the relationship of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, who has been plagued with cheating rumors the past few months, has sparked another round of divorce buzz.

"She will go through periods when it's not an issue, but then she slips and buys stuff the family simply doesn't need," the source told Radar.

The source added that it got to the point where Dean McDermott could no longer sleep at night because he worries too much about how they are going to pay their bills.

"Tori is willing to get help, but complains she doesn't have time because of their four kids," the source added.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott has four children together, Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2 and Finn, 16 months.

In January, Dean McDermott voluntarily checked himself into rehab for his excesses. In a statement released by his publicist, the actor said:

"I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family. I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues."

"I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves," the actor added.

The daughter of former TV show magnate Aaron Spelling, Tori Spelling's net worth could not really be ascertained, Radar said, as estimates range between $1.5 million and $300 million. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, however, filed for bankruptcy earlier over their debt woes.
