Reign Season 1 Spoiler: Megan Follows Teases ‘Interesting Reunion’ Of Her Character Catherine And Sons; Francis Will Find A New Romance!

Mary's wedding with a surprise groom is by far the most talked about topic ahead of Reign's season one comeback at the end of this month. According to spoilers, Mary, played by Adelaide Kane, will be forced into a wedding to either Bash (played by Torrance Coombs) or Prince Francis (Toby Regbo) after the situation in her family became worse. While the fate of Queen of Scots seems a very compelling plot to follow, the development of the other characters are also intriguing.

Catherine de Medici (played by Megan Follows) is looking for his sons who were kidnapped by Clarissa. Lola (played by Anna Popplewell) is also in search of ways on how he can help pay his brother's debt.

InsideTV caught up with Follows and she was very much accommodating to spare some Reign Season 1 spoilers.

Follows talked about the odds of survival of her character.

"My head, so to speak, is back on the block," Follows teased.

"Though a greater threat requires my skills to help. My skills are needed to find what's happened to my younger sons. [Catherine] is incredibly adept at surviving, so that is my primary goal, and I think they recognize that they need my particular skill set in this, which gives me the opportunity to get back into some good graces."

When asked about the return of Francis, Follows said that the prince is indeed back but on the castle yet.

"What's interesting about Francis' journey is that, for a moment, he is allowed a type of freedom that his bastard brother has had, and the rules change for him all of a sudden," she said.

Francis is also set to find a new romance with Lola. Based on the sneak peek released, it seems that the two characters will find love in a hopeless moment. They ended up having sex and Lola admits that she met "more than just one man."
