Banshee, Cinemax's hit and under the radar action series, has always been known for intense fight scenes and heart-thumping car chase sequences. The series is about the story of an unnamed ex-con (played by Antony Starr), who assumed the role of sheriff (named Lucas Hood) in a small town after witnessing the officer getting killed in a bar. He is also in Banshee to find the love of his life, Carrie Hopewell (Ivana Miličević) who was also his accomplice to rob diamonds from Ukrainian gangster The Rabbit (played by Ben Cross) before getting jailed.

The romantic partnership between Lucas and Carrie in the show has been pretty indestructible. They seem inseparable no matter the how big the challenges are being thrown at them. However, in season 2, that might not be the case. Don't sleep on female officer Siobhan Kelly (played by Trieste Kelly Dunn).

Siobhan has been on Lucas Hood's side since season one. Although always left in the dark, she has always shown that she trusts their town's sheriff. Hood has slept in bed with pretty much all the beautiful women in Banshee, but not with Siobhan. You can say that their relationship is platonic but that seems to have changed in the past episodes of second season.

Talking to Access Hollywood, Antony Starr said that people should not close their doors on a possible love triangle between Carrie, Hood, and Kelly. The Kiwi actor mentioned that Siobhan is now playing a role in his life. When pressed by AH about possible love angle, here is his take.

There's always - and I'm looking at what's going on under the surface of these characters, and... everyone always wants to be more than they are. Whatever stops growing inside is dying, you know? So, there's only so many times you can get punched in the face emotionally before you start realizing, 'Oh, it's not going to happen.' I think, ultimately, Carrie and Lucas are always going to be tied together in some way, shape, form, but romantically, I think the complications are so great that maybe that's sort of run its course to a certain extent. But, like I said, they'll always be connected, but I definitely think there is a definite intro for one of the great love stories with Siobhan.
