Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux debunked breakup rumors when they attended the Motion Picture & Television Fund's annual night before the Oscars event on Saturday. But the "Friends" star and her fiance skipped the Academy awards possibly to spend some quality time together.

According to MailOnline, the couple looked in love as they mingled with other celebrities and sponsors. Jennifer Aniston was also sporting a tan after a Mexican getaway with her beau.

The former "Friends" actress was wearing a black strapless dress showing off her svelte figure even at her age of 45. Jennifer Aniston also ditched her extensions and just spotted a bob look that covered her face perfectly, the website added.

Justin Theroux also ditched his leather jacket and denim jeans, along with his Ducati, for a more polished look in a black suit and thin leather tie, in keeping up with the affair.

A source told E! News, however, that Jeniifer Aniston and Justin Theroux negated breakup rumors as they didn't strut to the dance floor but they were "tuck together and were holding hands."

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux also chatted with other stars like Charlize Theron and Sean Penn-who just admitted that they are dating-Julia Roberts, John Mayer and Jessica Biel, herself a subject of divorce rumors from husband Justin Timberlake.

The source also said that both Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux "seemed happy" in contrast to the breakup rumors that continue to hound the couple after they were not seen together in recent weeks.

Justin Theroux was staying in NYC as he kept busy filming scenes for his upcoming HBO series "The Leftovers." Jennifer Aniston, meanwhile, stayed in her multi-million apartment in Beverly Hills.
