Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise divorce settlement might be the reason behind the closure of the brunette beauty's five-year-old fashion business Holmes and Yang. While the label has no monetary problems, the partnership between the two owners has ended as per Holmes' representative.

According to insiders, Jeanne Yang, the 'Batman' star's business partner, has been feeding details about Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise's divorce settlement to press. Even Suri Cruise isn't safe from Yang's revelations.

"Jeanne enjoys the spotlight way more than Katie does. Things have definitely soured between them," says one source to Page Six.

Furthermore, Holmes is currently in New York whereas Yang is in Los Angeles making communication between the two quite a challenge.

Even the 'Oblivion' actor believes that it is Yang who supplies private information about the family to media. When Cruise brought his daughter Suri to Disney World, headlines quickly circulated that the child is happy to be away from her mother.

When the 'Vanilla Sky' star filed charges against a publication which claimed that he abandoned his fatherly duties to Suri, Cruise's camp accused Yang as the person responsible for divulging family secrets.

"She likely told the press that [Tom and Suri] stayed at Cinderella's castle as no one really knew. And every single person tells me she is speaking to the press constantly. She is the one saying - K is disciplinarian and T is spoiling and so on," read one of Cruise's rep's e-mail.

Now that Holmes has no commitments anymore to Yang, will she derive inspiration from Suri Cruise's fashion style and put up her own label?
