Upcoming Nokia Phones 2014: Lumia 930 And Midrange Lumia 630/635 Tipped For April 19 Launch, Rumored Specs Include 4.5" Display, Cortana Voice Assistant

Upcoming Nokia phones 2014: A lot of people were expecting the Nokia X smartphone during the MWC 2014 in Barcelona, and they got what they asked for. They did not just get one, but three Android-powered handsets made by Nokia.

However, that is not only what some people have in mind. Some consumers were also expecting the GSM version of the Lumia 929 or Icon which is now available for Verizon - the Lumia 930.

According to a report from GSM Arena, notorious leakster EV Leaks tweeted that Nokia will be having an event on April 19, where the Lumia 930 would allegedly be made official.

In addition to the Lumia 930 which would pack a smaller 4.5-inch screen compared to the Lumia Icon's 5-inch display, the tweet also mentioned a midrange device dubbed Lumia 630/635 which would succeed the fairly successful Lumia 620 device launched last year.

The Lumia 630/635 is expected to boast dual-SIM support and higher specs than the Lumia 525. According to EV Leaks, this is what the midrange handset looks like:

Both Lumias are expected to get the latest Windows Phone 8.1 update which features a start screen with background color options, and the Cortana Voice Assistant that everyone has been talking about.
