Real Housewives Of New Jersey Spoilers! [VIDEO] Andy Cohen Says Teresa Giudice Legal Troubles 'Are Very Much Part Of The Show This Season' As She Pleads Guilty

Real Housewives Of New Jersey Spoilers: Jersey Housewives worried about not getting to see enough of Teresa Giudice and her legal drama can breath a sigh of relief because Andy Cohen said we will see the Giudice's legal troubles unfold, telling TV Giude that the New Jersey native's legal battles "are very much part of the show next season." Teresa and Joe plead guilty to their fraud charges on Tuesday, so there will not be a court case and they won't get their sentences until after the Housewives season wraps. But Andy Cohen's interview assures Real Housewives of New Jersey fans that we will not miss Teresa's drama despite the fact that The Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars have opted for a plea deal over fighting their case. Cohen has also guaranteed plenty more drama between the Housewives in New Jersey, which includes blowups arguments between the veteran Housewives and new women joining the show, Amber Marchesa and the New Jersey twins, Nicole and Teresa Napolitano.

There won't be a fraud trial anymore as Joe and Teresa took a guilty plea bargain, so it left a damper with Housewives fans and producers who were dying for a crazy drawn out trial that was anticipated to turn into a three ring circus. The Guidices will learn their fate on July 8th but we can watch Teresa on Housewives waiting in anticipation for the feds to determine her future. With Real Housewives Of Atlanta having monstrous ratings on Bravo, and Real Housewives of New York kicking off on March 11th, Real Housewives of New Jersey has some big shoes to fill.  Ratings are expected to go through the roof for the the New Jersey reality show, watching Teresa and Joe face their prison sentences while also adding three new cast members that are happy to bask in Tre's misery.  Andy Cohen says, "we cover it in the way that we can on Real Housewives Of New Jersey" and he promised we will be seeing Teresa deal with all of the emotions and fears that go into her legal woes.

Plus, the new cast members of the Real New Jersey Housewives are butting into the Guidice family's business causing lots of high emotions on the show. Despite rumors of tension between Melissa and Dina, the two Housewives are actually really getting along forming an alliance with Teresa against the new Housewives. The newbies are saying nasty things about Teresa on camera, adding to her mounting stress. Teresa could be facing 27 months in prison and her husband will mosty receive a minimun of 5 years behind bars and possible deportation! She doesn't need the other Housewives giving her added problems. Amber is the worst of the new Jersey cast members, really getting under Teresa and Melissa's skin. Amber can't stop gossiping about Teresa's legal woes this season and is really stirring the pot on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

Fortunately, after years of not getting along, RHONJ stars Teresa and Melissa are finally a united front. The fighting between the sisters-in-law and the new RHONJ girls has become so intense that the new girls have threatened to leave the show! Melissa and Teresa are both scary when fighting on their own... together Tre and Melissa are lethal! The new girls are trying to hold their own but they don't stand a chance against Melissa and Mrs. Giudice. "Amber will do anything to grab attention - she has fought with every single cast member and now her husband is getting in on it. She went after Melissa [Gorga] first and now has moved onto Teresa. She knows going after the two main housewives will get her the most camera time," says the adds.

According to RadarOnline, new cast memer Amber Marchese will do anything to piss off Teresa to add to the drama and appear in more RHONJ episodes. But her plan backfired. Amber didn't realize how nasty Melissa Gorga and Teresa can be.

"Everyone was aware that viewers were getting tired of seeing the same arguments occur with Melissa and Teresa, so season 6 is a bit different now that there are new Housewiveswives," says the source. "Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are the newest Jersey Housewives, and they have been involved in a lot of the drama....twin sisters Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are having a hard time dealing with the other Jersey Housewives. The twins come into season 6 of Housewives with theirfriend Amber Marchese and all three women can't stand the other ladies. There are even rumors that RHONJ is working out so terribly that they might actually quit the hit reality show mid-season."

"These new girls aren't working out," adding, "the twins are over it and ready to quit. I don't see them lasting longer than this season."

Once sworn enemies, Tre and Melissa just feel the new girls need to stay off their RHONJ turf. A source said, "Amber wants to make a splash," but Teresa and Melissa are making it very difficult for her, putting her down at every opportunity.

During a recent 'bonding' trip to Atlantic City, the fighting between Teresa and the new girls got so heated that the newbies threatened to leave the show before the season was over. Giudice and Gorga were screaming at the ladies, threatening them to shut up about their family issues and legal problems.

According to RadarOnline, "Teresa has been getting along better than ever with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga this season, so the war is three on three. Twin sisters Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are having a hard time dealing with the other Jersey Housewives."

The source continues, "the twins come into season 6 of Housewives with their friend Amber Marchese and all three women can't stand the other ladies. There are even rumors that Housewives is working out so terribly that they might actually quit the hit reality show mid-season."

"These new girls aren't working out," adding, "the twins are over it and ready to quit. I don't see them lasting longer than this season."

Kathy Wakile and her sister Rosie are reportedly keeping their distance from all of the drama, which is not surprising. Kathy and Rosie are probably trying to keep the piece but will eventually choose sides as Housewives keeps filming.

In case you didn't know, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice plead guilty to some of their fraud charges.  We will find out their sentences shortly after the Guidices opted for a plea deal.

Below is a summary of their previous charges:

1) Mail Fraud and Wire Fraud: The indictment states that between 2001-2008, using the U.S. mail, private carriers and wire communications, they defrauded 7 different banks and mortgage lenders.

2) Bank Fraud: The indictment states 5 banks were defrauded by submitting applications with false tax returns, pay stubs, and W-2s that gave false salaries and income. In total they stole $4.5 million from various banks.

3) Loan Application Fraud: For making false statements in those bank loan applications

4) Bankruptcy Fraud: Concealment, False Oaths, False Declarations. These are 22 different counts alone. In essence, they lied to the BK courts (under oath) about their finances and they knowingly filed false documents to conceal their income. That's perjury. Tre & Joe never withdrew their bankruptcy, the courts denied their petition on suspicion of fraud.

5) Failure to Make Tax Returns: These counts are all against Joe, and claim he didn't file tax returns from 2004-2008.

6) Teresa signed false loan application claiming she was a real estate broker earning $50,000 per month.

Joe Giudice, whose real first name is Giuseppe, is an Italian citizen. Thus, he could face deportation after he serves time.

The pattern of alleged fraud may have lasted a decade," U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said.

"They're serious charges," he said.

The couple are parents to daughters Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5 who are completely innocent in their parents' mess.

"Today I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago...I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family. Especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world," Teresa Giudice said in a public statement read by her lawyer after the Newark hearing.

The letter continued, "Beyond this, I do not intend to speak specifically about the case outside of court, at the recommendation of my attorney and out of deference to the government and our legal system."

Do you think Real Housewives of New Jersey will have enough drama this season?
