Nokia Lumia 1520 Review: Windows Phone-Powered Phablet Can Support Fresh 128GB MicroSD Cards, Enables Huge Storage For Apps, Games And A Lot More

Nokia Lumia 1520 review: Launched In October last year, the Lumia 1520 is arguably the best Windows Phone ever assembled, and from the looks of it will stay that in the coming months.

In fact, it can even be placed among the top 5 in smartphones across platforms. In a recent report, the 6-inch Nokia flagship has even beaten Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 in AnTuTu's benchmark.

But just in case you are still not convinced with the sheer power of the Lumia 1520, this new report may excite your geek juices.

According to a report by GSM Arena, a SanDisk 128GB microSD card has recently made its way to a Nokia Lumia 1520, and from the image above, we can see that Windows Phone 8 runs it without problems.

This just means people who own the Lumia 1520 can bring most of their computer files with them on board the flagship Windows Phone device.

Obviously, other factors which could have helped the device run 128GB microSD cards are the phone's Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM and quad-core CPU.

Surely, with the impending release of Windows Phone 8.1, Microsoft will further improve user experience, features and functionality for supported devices.

So, did this development encourage you to get a Lumia 1520 or other recently-announced midrangers?
