Upcoming Samsung tablets 2014: As if it is lacking on new devices in the market, Samsung looks like it is already geared to launch a midrange tablet any time soon.
Dubbed as the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 the Android-powered slate has recently been spotted as it passes through FCC, as well as a benchmarking app.
According to a report by GSM Arena, the device showed its connectivity features in the FCC file. The Galaxt Tab 4 10.1 supports GSM, 3G, LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Meanwhile, the device also showed up in GFX Benchmark, wherein its full specs were leaked. The Samsung device will pack an oddly-measured 10.6 inches of display with 1280 x 800 resolution, quad-core CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, Adreno 305 for discrete graphics performance, 1.5GB of RAM, and 12GB of internal storage.
The device also has a 3MP camera at the back and a 1.2MP front cam, and expectedly Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box.
While there are no official announcements yet, we expect the device to be launched sometime next month.
