The "Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls" expansion is arriving this month.

According to a post on Tehran Chronicle, the upcoming "Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls" expansion will feature the new Crusader class. As posted on the official site for Diablo, the Crusader is "the new hero class in Reaper of Souls^TM who will forever shift the balance of power in Sanctuary."

Morever, the Crusaders, as described on Cinema Blend, are "heavily-armored warrior that uses a shield and one-handed weapon (often a flail or mace) in battle. Their shield isn't just for blocking attacks, though. They can also use it to blind or damage enemies as well."

The post further reads, "The Crusaders are also able to use Holy magic in battle. Their divine magic can be used to rain down destruction on enemies. They can also use spells called Laws that strengthen their party."

In addition to the new class, the Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls expansion will also add an adventure mode and a fifth act to the campaign. As cited on a separate post from Cinema Blend, Kevin Martens, the lead content designer of the game, shared in an interview with PC Gamers:

"I would call Adventure Mode the primary feature of the expansion. That said, I think Act V is our best act, so we did take everything we learned there." 

As posted on MP1st, the Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls expansion will be available both for the PC and Mac platforms on March 25. Priced at $39.99, the "Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls - The Crusader Arrives" expansion will include the base game itself.

Moreover, a Digital Deluxe version for the "Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls" expansion will also be available. With a price tag of $59.99, gamers who will purchase this version will get exclusive items such as "three extra character slots, minions, a treasure goblin pet for World Of Warcraft and Starcraft 2 decals."
