Cheap Android phones 2014: Several days ago, we heard about Xiaomi's upcoming octa-core phone that will be priced very aggressively in China. 

According to a report of GSM Arena today, the handset will be named Redmi Note, and would launch on March 19 in the world's biggest smartphone market. 

In the report, possible pricing for the device will range from $110 to $240, with the latter still a very affordable pricing for a phablet. But what does the Redmi Hote have to offer?

The Xiaomi-manufactured device boasts a 5.5-inch screen, LTE compatibility, and either an octa-core chipset clocked at 1.4GHz or a quad-core chipset with four cores running at 1.7GHz each.
