Ultra Street Fighter 4 Release Date: ‘Decapre’ Announced As The Latest Character Playable For PS3 And Xbox 360, New Fighting Game Available On June

Ultra Street Fighter 4 Release Date: Capcom has announced that the latest addition to their trademark fighting game, Street Fighter, is Decapre.

At this years' Final Round event in Atlanta, Capcom took the stage and announced the fifth new character for Ultra Street Fighter 4 will be Decapre. She is one of Bison's formidable Dolls from the Street Fighter Alpha series and a clone of one of the franchise main protagonist, Cammy.

Decapre is said to be a mix of Cammy and Vega's tactics - as they are a charging attack characters.

Born in Russia, her appearance resembles Cammy with a black mask, a blonde hair but has a mask and has red eyes.

In the UDON comics, her face is burned on the left side, although it is yet to be verified if she also has her face burned in her videogame incarnation.

Like Vega, Decapre uses claws in hand-to-hand combat, except shorter and in both hands.

The game will also feature new gameplay mechanics, such as Ultra Combo Double, which allows players to choose both their character's Ultra Combos at the cost of doing less damage; Red Focus Attack, a Focus Attack that currently absorbs multiple hits, and Delayed Standing, which allows players to alter the timing of their character's wakeup.

Fans have been speculating on who would be the fifth character, as the names of Go Hibiki, King Cobra, Goutetsu and Evil Ken had been thrown into the fray. Apparently, fans will have to wait, as none of the names mentioned will be the new character, yet.

Ultra Street Fighter 4 release date is said to be on June for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 and a PC version set for August.

The Ultra Street Fighter 4 will be available for $39.99 on consoles, $29.99 on Windows PC and $14.99 if you would upgrade your Super Street Fighter 4 to an Ultra Street Fighter 4.
