Titanfall Xbox 360 Release Date Delayed: Coming To North America On April 8; EA Gives BluePoint ‘Little More Time’ To Make The Game Even Better; XB1 And PC Versions Now Available

Titanfall Xbox 360 release date has apparently been delayed again.

Titanfall Xbox 360 release date was supposedly set on the same launch schedule for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of the mecha FPS multiplayer game. However, Titanfall Xbox 360 release date was stalled two times already.

The first delay was announced on February, as posted on Cinema Blend. Accordingly, Titanfall Xbox 360 release date was delayed by two week because EA Studios wanted the game developers from Bluepoint to have more time to put "finishing touches" on the title.

And today, EA Studios again revealed that Titanfall Xbox 360 release date will not happen this month. Instead, the 360 version of the game is going to be pushed in April. Patrick Soderlund, EA Studios executive VP shared on the official website for Titanfall:

"I've been playing the game a lot, and it is fantastic. But we see a few things that can be made even better, so we're giving Bluepoint a little more time to do just that and deliver an epic Titanfall experience for Xbox 360 players."

Titanfall Xbox 360 release date is now set for April 8 in North America. Meanwhile, gamers from Europe will be able to get Titanfall for Xbox 360 beginning April 11.

Soderlund further shared, "The game will feature the same 6v6 gameplay, maps, modes, weapons and Burn Cards as the Xbox One and PC versions of the game. We appreciate everyone's patience as we get the last details right."

Moreover, as posted on Computer and Video Games, EA has yet to confirm rumors suggesting that Titanfall for Xbox 360 will run at "sub-720p and output at 30fps."

Created by Respawn Entertainment, Titanfall for Xbox One and PC has been available since March 11. Meanwhile, the Xbox 360 edition is currently being developed by Bluepoint Games, an Austin-based studio that also ported Metal Gear Solid HD Collection to Xbox 360 and PS3.
