‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Plot Spoilers: 'Extreme Personality' Makes Ultron A Worthy Villain For Earth's Mightiest Heroes! 'Hulkbuster' Armor Teased!

The "Avengers: Age of Ultron" has one big spoiler at the title. Yes, the villain is Ultron. Movie fans may get excited but most comic fanboys are not so impressed.

Of all the Marvel villains (or at least the Avengers' villains) why Ultron? He's not a pushover. In fact, he is a recurring villain, and the fact that he's a sentient robot allows him to change form and the writers can just add on to his powers as they please.

Perhaps this is all about keeping a 'metallic look' that is the rage these days. Marvel has always been proud that their heroes are 'current.' A title they got with "Iron Man" in 2008.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige is making his due diligence to justify their choices. He spoke to Movies.com about Ultron: "Introducing the new characters is going to be a lot of fun for the movie. That ever-changing roster is very important in the Avengers comics, and so how do we start to play with that [on the big screen]? Also our bad guy is great. I think people are going to very, very excited to see what we're doing with the voice that Joss [Whedon] is bringing to life with James Spader for Ultron. We love Ultron from the comics, and have always loved Ultron, and at no point do we want him to just be a robot. We want him to have an extreme personality and attitude, and James Spader is doing an unbelievable job. Again, for us it's always about subverting expectations. Whenever you think you know what's coming next, we surprise people or deliver it in a slightly unexpected way. And Spader is doing that with Mr. Ultron."

It's not that fans are disappointed with the choice of Ultron. It's because they were teased with Thanos in the first Avengers movie. Which is why anything less than Thanos would be a letdown.

However, Marvel teased a concept that obviously sat well with the fanboys, In their ABC Special "Assembling a Universe" concept art was shown, one of them featured a scene that is entrenched in most comic fans' imagination: Hulk Vs, The Hulkbuster!

The Hulkbuster was shown briefly in Iron Man 3. Briefly because the whole point of IM3 was emphasizing the man behind the armor. Now, Marvel promises full burn for the Hulkbuster against no less than the Hulk himself!
