Top Smartphones 2014: Oppo's 'Flagship Killer' Find 7 Finally Unveiled, Specs Include 5.5" QHD Display, 3GB RAM, Snapdragon 801 Chipset, 13MP Shooter, 32GB Internal Memory

Top smartphones 2014: Have you heard about Chinese manufacturer Oppo? Well, if you haven't, then you will notice it soon enough with this monster smartphone it has just unveiled.

After months of waiting, the Find 7 is finally official - and it certainly was build to kill high-end and flagship handsets.

Packed with a 5.5-inch screen, the Find 7 boasts an enormous amount of pixels per square inch - 538. The screen has QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, which is among if not the best display in the market today. Interestingly, the smartphone can be operated even with wet hands due to the Super Screen 2.0 technology of the display.

Under the hood lies a quad-core CPU clocked at 2.5GHz, a Snapdragon 801 chipset similar to the Galaxy S5, and 3GB of RAM, outperforming both the LG G Pro 2, and the Samsung Galaxy S5. Sony's Xperia Z2 stands a chance with its own 3GB RAM, but that's not all the Oppo Find offers.

Unfortunately, the rear camera of the Find 7 is only 13MP, though it interestingly supports a feature that merges 10 photos into a 50MP image. There is also a 5MP front cam for selfies and video calls.

To wrap it up, the Find 7 boasts 32GB of internal memory, with memory expansion courtesy of the microSD card slot.

There is also an FHD (1920 x 1080) version of the device, with slightly lower-end specs, but still capable of matching up to high-end devices from other brands.

Oppo has recently outdone itself with the Find 7. What people are now expecting to see is an affordable pricing and an international release.
