A Wheel of Fortune game contestant certainly had the luck gods favoring him after solving a virtually impossible puzzle. During the Bonus Puzzle round last Wednesday, Emil was left with a 10-letter phrase which was categorized under "thing". The board only had two letters - "N" and "E".

Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak likewise deemed the puzzle to be very difficult: "This looks tough to me. You're a very good puzzle solver, but I don't know. You have 10 seconds. Keep talking. Maybe the right thing will pop out. Good luck."

Though showing signs of nervousness, Emil blurted out "new baby buggy" which was one of the classic terms for a baby stroller. Emil was about to continue his guessing when the game board showed the correct answer.

Host Vanna White even tossed her hands in the air because of surprise. It was similarly the same reaction for the audience who just saw a difficult puzzle solved in a few seconds.

The 67-year-old Salak later wrote on his Twitter page: "Tonight's Wheel of Fortune features most amazing solve in my 30+ years on the show. No kidding."

 "What made last night's solve amazing was the generic category ... Could have been 'new anything.' But 'baby buggy?!' Wow!" Salak said the morning after the game show.

Wheel of Fortune viewers at home also felt shocked with Emil's unbelievably fast solving of the puzzle:

"It was crazy! I nearly dropped my glass when I saw that he got it! The producers were definitely confused because they hesitated to reveal the puzzle when he guessed it right. Amazing job, and totally deserving of the $45k!" said Jessica Kornfeld

" Emil was the all-around best puzzle solver I've seen on the show! Amazing! I had the New Baby part right but how Buggy came to him, I don't know! Great job!" wrote Kimberly Holman Beltran

Liz Stankavich Gilha believed that the judges had a delay in showing the correct answer because of shock: "Saw him do that! There seemed to be a delay from the judges to reveal it too - I think they were just so shocked that he got it on his first guess."

Emil wins $45,000 for the successful game.
