Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' break-up news might be circulating but the Cuban actress quashed such rumors when she praised Gosling for a stellar performance in his new flick, 'How to Catch a Monster'.

During the launch of the 'Hitch' actress' clothing line with New York and Company last Tuesday (March 18) at Chateau Marmont, Mendes talked about her beau: "Yeah, it's a beautiful, beautiful film. I know I'm biased. He's the best."

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' split reportedly took place because of the 'Crazy, Stupid Love' actor's indecisiveness when it comes to marrying the brunette beauty. Mendes reportedly gave her beau a wedding ultimatum.

"For the past 18 months, they've been talking about taking the next step, to the point that on every vacation, Eva's been convinced he would be popping the question. The trip to Iceland in September was the last straw," claimed one insider to Ok! magazine.

"Eva gave Ryan a marriage ultimatum last October and, when he failed to produce a ring, she walked out on him," one source told The Independent Women.

Gosling, realizing how much Mendes means to him, allegedly asked the actress for another chance.

Recently, another report surfaced about Rachel McAdams' determination to win Gosling back. As per the report, the 'About Time' actress is using the "friends only" angle to be closer to her ex-boyfriend. Until now, some fans of romantic flick 'The Notebook' are still hopeful for a Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling reconciliation.

However, if it's true that Mendes already has a wedding ultimatum for her beau, does it mean that she will soon tie the knot with Gosling?
