As CBS prepares for its season finales, the dates for prolific series like "How I Met Your Mother," "The Good Wife," and "Two and a Half Men" have been confirmed.

First, it has been confirmed that the "How I Met Your Mother" series finale will air March 31, the only series finale on the CBS roster.
