Jennifer Aniston And Brad Pitt's Marriage Made The Blonde Beauty Feel 'Awkward'? 'We're The Milers' Star Reveals How She Combats Signs Of Aging

Jennifer Aniston might oftentimes be praised for looking gorgeous despite her age but in reality, the blonde beauty doesn't always feel thrilled to hear people talking about age. The 45-year-old actress likewise believes that women get unfair treatment when it comes to mentioning age.

"Your age always has to be mentioned. And men don't really get that for some reason. It's not like you see Joe Schmoe, 37. Women and men today in their 40s are so much healthier now than they were thirty years ago in their 40s. It was a different time. We know how to take care of ourselves. We know what to put in our bodies to fuel us that's healthy and organic and not processed, and the importance of drinking water and cutting out sugars and bad fats. Before, we just didn't know that, and we didn't have the technology with skin care that we have today," she told Women's Wear Daily.

While it is common for Hollywood stars to go under the knife to maintain their youthful appearances, Brad Pitt's former wife's regimen is far from complicated: "Put Vaseline on your eyes at night - all over. It helps condition your lashes. And my girlfriend told me years ago that if you wake up with puffy eyes, you can put Preparation H underneath them. It's amazing."

She also said that her mot awkward years were in her 30s. Those were the years when Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt's marriage flourished.

"That all started in my 30s, my awkward phase. I'm a little bit of a late bloomer! But it doesn't matter to me because it just gets better," she proudly said.

The 'We're the Millers' actress certainly doesn't have a reason to feel awkward anymore especially now that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux might soon tie the knot.
