"Suits" season 3 episode 15 could be the answer whether or not Mike Ross will finally leave Harvey Specter and the firm Pearson & Specter to carve a career in investment banking. Meanwhile, Louis Litt's heart attack means he's staying away from love, for now.

"Suits" season 3 episode 15 is entitled "Know When to Fold 'Em," a poker reference where the holder of a bad card should know when he is beat. According to International Business Times, this is the "penultimate" episode "that changes everything."

In the previous episode "Heartburn," fans saw Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) being offered a lucrative job by investment banker Jonathan Sidwell. Knowing how much of a genius Mike Ross is, everybody knows he's going to make a killing in this line of work.

Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) then advised Mike Ross that he would take it if that was offered to him and that means he will leave Pearson & Specter. But if he stays, his secret will eventually be discovered specially since Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) is hot on his tail.

The preview clip for "Suits" season 3 episode 15 also shows Mike Ross' girlfriend, Rachel (Meghan Markle), advising him to become an investment banker instead. So it would be interesting to find out how the writers of the show intends on ironing out this new wrinkle.

Meanwhile, Louis Litt's minor heart attack changed his perspective and priorities, particularly in trying to have a lovelife, said TVGuide.com.

"As far as Sheila, are they done now? Yes. As far as what Louis is going to do in his love life, I think we'll take a break from that for a while," he said.

As far as taking it easy on Mike Ross in the future episodes of "Suits" season 3 and dropping his investigation into the Harvard background of the boy genius, Rick Hoffman told TV Guide:

"That was put to bed for now. Ultimately, if something were to come up again that sort of irks him, now the stakes are higher. Not only is it Mike, it's the entire firm and that makes it potentially catastrophic," he said.
