Regardless of the people surrounding them, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody's kiss in Manhattan proves that the couple is enjoying their honeymoon phase. On Wednesday (April 2), the 34-year-old actor has been spotted kissing his 27-year-old wife.

As opposed to her glamorous 'Gossip Girl' character Blair Waldorf, Meester kept everything simple by pairing a bubble jacket with jeans and sneakers. Her face had no trace of make-up and her hair was gathered in a messy bun. The 'O.C.' actor was also clad in jeans and red hoodie.

Brody also caressed Meester's face which immediately showed the wedding band he was sporting. The newlyweds are currently staying in New York City because of the brunette beauty's Broadway role in John Steinbeck's 'Of Mice and Men'. James Franco, whose attempt to hook up with an underage fan goes viral, is also a part of the cast.

Leighton Meester and Adam Brody started dating in early 2013 after initially meeting in 2011 during the filming of 'The Oranges'. The two then took things to the next level by secretly marrying. However, until now, the couple has not divulged details about their wedding ceremony although Brody confirmed the marriage last February 18.
