"Maleficent" star Elle Fanning described how cool it was to work with Hollywood A-lister Angelina Jolie during the Marie Claire Fresh Faces party on Tuesday, while sister Dakota Fanning's next film "The Last of Robin Hood" is scheduled for fall release in the US.

"It was super exciting. Everything was so fun," "Maleficent" star Elle Fanning told Us Weekly. "Working with Angelina -- it's kind of a dream to say that you even met her and let alone to be in scenes with her. [It] was really really cool."

The 16-year-old said that she learned a lot from the veteran actress just interacting with her and observing how she works.

"She really got into her character in a way like she was very, so into the details of her clothes. She came into rehearsals on the first day with her 'Maleficent' staff and she was in normal clothes but then had that," Elle Fanning said, recounting when Angelina Jolie wore the iconic robe and horns of the Disney villain.

"She was like, 'I have to get used to it. It's part of my character.' I thought that was so cool," "Malificent" star Elle Fanning said.

Angelina Jolie, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, said: "I loved being Maleficent. I was quite sad to put my staff down and put my horns away because somehow, she just lives in a different world."

Meanwhile, Dakota Fanning's "The Last of Robin Hood" was acquired by Samuel Goldwyn Films in time for a fall release.

The film is based on the life story of Hollywood legend Errol Flynn who, aside from Dakota Fanning, will also star Kevin Kline and Susan Sarandon.

Directed by Wash Westmoreland and Richard Glatzer, the film will specifically zone in on the final years of Errol Flynn as well as her relationship with the much younger Beverly Aadland.

The Dakota Fanning starrer "The Last of Robin Hood" is produced by Lifetime Films in association with Big Indie Pictures and Killer Films.
