Leonardo DiCaprio Oscar Snub Repeats: Josh Hutcherson Movie ‘Hunger Games’ Beats ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ Actor In MTV Movie Awards 2014 ‘Best Male Performance’

Leonardo DiCaprio's Oscar snub certainly made his fans react but such snubbing was repeated when the 39-year-old actor failed to win the MTV Movie Awards 2014 'Best Male Performance' title. The 'Titanic' actor has been defeated by 21-year-old Josh Hutcherson.

Hutcherson won the MTV Movie Awards 2014 'Best Male Performance' for his role as Peeta Melark in 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire'. On the other hand, DiCaprio has been nominated for the award for his character as Jordan Belfort in 'The Wolf of Wall Street'.

Apart from DiCaprio, other actors who have been nominated for the award included Bradley Cooper for 'American Hustle', Matthew McConaughey for 'Dallas Buyers Club', 'and Chiwetel Ejiofor for '12 Years a Slave'.

Winning the MTV Movie Awards 2014 'Best Male Performance' title is indeed a victory for Jennifer Lawrence's co-star who recently had to battle rumors about his sexuality.

Hutcherson's gay rumors started when he was asked if he'd consider to go out with a men to which he responded:

"Maybe I could say right now I'm 100 percent straight. But who knows? In a f**king year, I could meet a guy and be like, 'Whoa, I'm attracted to this person.' "I've met guys all the time that I'm like, 'Damn, that's a good-looking guy,' you know? I've never been, like, 'Oh, I want to kiss that guy.' I really love women. But I think defining yourself as 100 percent anything is kind of near-sighted and close-minded.'"

Do you think Hutcherson deserves the award?
