‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ Movie Cast: Rita Ora Did ‘Eight Auditions’ For Role As Christian Grey’s Sister; Originally Wanted To Work On Soundtrack!

Rita Ora revealed that she did eight auditions for the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie role as Christian Grey's sister Mia. Rita Ora also admitted that she wasn't even looking for a spot in the movie - she originally spoke to the production team to work on the "Fifty Shades of Grey" soundtrack!

Rita Ora told MTV News on the red carpet for the MTV Movie Awards that she did a bunch of auditions to get the role as Christian Grey's sister Mia Grey in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie.

"Doing the movie was probably one of the best things ever, being in Vancouver, getting out of the music and just making it work was really good," she said. "I did like eight auditions, so I thought I would never get it. It was incredible that it worked out."

According to MTV News, Rita Ora had originally approached the production team hoping to work on the soundtrack.

"It ended up with me being in the movie," she said. "I'm not going to complain."

And even though the English singer is "sworn to secrecy," she shared a few spoilers about the highly-anticipated "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie adaptation.

"I've seen some. I've definitely seen my parts," she said. "I'm literally sworn to secrecy, but what I can say is expect something that would really make it worth your while."

"Fifty Shades of Grey" will star Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan as Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, respectively. The release date is less than a year away; the film is expected to premiere on February 14, 2015.
