When his name has been called for the 'Best Shirtless Scene', Efron appeared shy. However, he eventually ended up proving that he deserved the award. Thanks to Rita Ora, the audience was able to see Zac Efron shirtless live!

When he went onstage to receive the award, fans were urging him to take off his top. Ora, who was co-presenting the award with Jessica Alba, ran up behind Efron and ripped the buttons of his shirt. The 'Neighbors' actor must have enjoyed the crowd's cheers that he flexed some poses which further emphasized his body.

Efron's physique garners praises not just from fans but also from his 'Neighbors' co-star Seth Rogen.In an interview with Conan O'Brien, Rogen talked about his fellow actor's body: "My body is like one big bump and his is like 87 different little bumps that come together. It's like his whole body is like a giant arrow that points to his d**k. It's like someone to draw your eyes down from his gorgeous face and suddenly it's like a Plinko game with your eyes."

In order to maintain his abs, Efron reportedly alternates between cardio and strength training. His preferred choice of workout is Ramona Braganza's 3-2-1 workout although for his role as a marine in 'The Lucky One', he had to work out with former Navy Seal Logan Hood.

Fans are hoping that Efron's victory will give him a reason to be happy even without the presence of substance. While he is done with rehabilitation stint, some of his friends think that he might be deviating from his sober zone. Lea Michele likewise urges Efron to seek help if he doesn't want to end up like her late beau Cory Monteith who passed away in July 2013 because of a toxic overdose.
