Channing Tatum Movies: 'Magic Mike' Sequel Features Zac Efron? 'Neighbors' Star Is 'Ready To Strip' Alongside The Original 'Magic Mike!'

Channing Tatum has already confirmed the sequel to Magic Mike, entitled "Magic Mike XXL." He's already pushing the hype for the movie, but he's getting some big help from another movie hunk.

Zac Efron has openly expressed his willingness to join the top Hollywood hunk in the sequel to his semi-autobiographical movie.

Zac won 'Best Shirtless Performance' for his scenes in 'That Awkard Moment' at this year's MTV Movie Awards, and he told KIIS FM(transcribed by Huffington Post): "I loved the movie, I thought it was really funny. I haven't talked to anybody about it yet but it's a great group of people - I would definitely be interested."

Speaking of his appearance at the MTV Movie Awards, he claims that he was totally unprepared, and credits presentor Rita Ora for the stunt that saved his 'awkward moment' on stage-and in front of millions on TV. He explained: "I had no idea. I had some sort of terrible speech planned, I was having a mild heart attack up there and Rita, bless her heart saved me."

In all seriousness though, I think that Efron really has a shot at this. The star has earned his comedy stripes in Neighbors, and he definitely has the pulling power to add some serious oomph to the already bulgingMagic Mike XXL.

With or without Efron, Tatum believes his sequel will be as exciting as the original. "I think everyone's gonna be back, I think, and obviously nobody's deals are done," Channing told MTV.

"We don't want to make it some serious slice-of-life movie," he added. "We want to have real, like reality in it, but we don't want to make like some dark drama. There was some darkness in the last movie and I think it surprised people and shocked people. This one, we want to have a lot of conflict and a lot of struggle, but we also want there to be a sh- ton of fun. A sh- ton of ridiculous stuff that you would never see in a movie, on the face of the earth, ever again."
