Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Specs Appear In AnTuTu Benchmark, Upcoming Android Phablet Will Have 2 Versions

The upcoming Samsung phablet will not be here until three months' time, yet a number Samsung Galaxy Note 4 specs have already surfaced all over the Web.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the upcoming Samsung smartphone will have two versions and interestingly both have been tested on AnTuTu's popular benchmarking app.

While the test and benchmark results were not yet available, the app has successfully logged in what appears to be the actual specs of both versions of the Galaxy Note 4.

In the first version, the phablet packs a Snapdragon 805 chipset and four Krait 450 CPUs clocked at 2.5GHz each. On the other hand, there is also the other version which sports a Samsung Exynos 5433 chipset and comes with a quad-core Cortex-A53 running at 1.3GHz, and two Cortex-A7 cores with unknown frequency.

On the GPU side, it has a Mali-T760 unit to handle graphics extensive tasks and applications.

Save for the CPU and chipset used, both Samsung Galaxy Note 4 versions will come with identical specs and would be available in several markets. The new Galaxy Note will pack a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a whopping QHD or 2k (2560 x 1440) resolution display, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.

Also on board is a 16MP primary shooter at the back and a rumored 3.68MP front camera. The report says that this is the exact resolution needed for a QHD screen, which means all selfie shots would fit 100 percent of the 5.7-inch screen.

Other specs and features we expect from the new Galaxy Note phablet include a fingerprint sensor, water and dust resistance, the S Pen stylus, and a new version of Kit Kat, or possibly even a new Android version.

While no announcement dates have been mentioned, we expect the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to be unveiled in September, specifically at the IFA event in Berlin.
