Selena Gomez's stalker was sentenced to 30 days in a mental health facility for treatment. After 30 days, Selena Gomez's stalker, who was identified as Che Cruz, has been ordered to complete a total of 180 days at the facility, but, according to TMZ, he is not required to stay there.

Che Cruz has been arrested twice for trespassing on the Selena Gomez's property. Selena's stalker pl pleaded no contest to felony stalking in a court on Friday.

Selena has had to deal with Cruz twice. The first time Cruz was arrested and was locked up for two days. Then he went back to Gomez's home and even got into it. Cruz could possibly face up to four years in jail because this is the second time he has broken parole.

In February Selena Gomez's "obsessed stalker" was jailed for invading her property. Selena Gomez's stalker was jailed for trespassing on Gomez's property. Juan Garcia pled no contest to creeping around Selena Gomez's house.  The teenager was sentenced to 120 days in L.A. County Jail.  After he is released, Garcia is ordered to stay 150 yards away from Selena Gomez and her property for the next 3 years.

Cruz was first arrested on March 30 after he broke into Selena's guest house in Calabasas, Calif. He was sentenced to 45 days in prison but only served two days. On April 4 he was arrested again for violating a protective order and for being found "near the vicinity."

Now Cruz was ordered to remain 200 yards away from Selena Gomez at all times. That order is for 10 years.

This isn't the first time Selena Gomez has been allegedly stalked by a deranged fan. In 2011, Gomez was stalked on multiple occasions by 48-year-old Thomas Brodnicki, who flew to LA from Chicago to meet the actress he claims is his soul mate.
