Metro Redux PS4, Xbox One, PC Release Date Slated For August; Ranger Mode Included In Remastered Versions Of ‘2033’ And ‘Last Light’

Metro Redux PS4, Xbox One release date has finally been revealed!

Deep Silver and 4A Games recently announced that Metro Redux PS4, Xbox One release date will be set for this August. Particularly, the game game will be launched in the US on August 26 and in Europe on the 29th.

Furthermore, Metro Redux PC release date is also set for August 26.

As posted on Eurogamer, Metro Redux for PS4, Xbox One and PC includes the upgraded  versions of shooter title from 4A Games, "Metro 2033" and "Metro: Last Light."

Ranger Mode is incorporated in both titles and as described on Game Informer website, this popular mode "removes the HUD and makes resources and ammunition scarcer."

Furthermore, Metro Redux for PS4, Xbox One and PC editions will also get the formerly released add-on contents. Also, as noted on Cinema Blend website, "Metro 2033" and "Metro: Last Light" will come with various play-style modes such as Spartan and Survival modes.

It was also noted on the post that Metro Redux PS4 version will run at 1920 X 1080p in full HD. On the other hand, the Xbox One version will only run at 1600 x 900p screen resolution.  

As for the pricing, each titles will be available as digital download for of $24.99 or £15.99  or €19.99. But players who will purchase them together in the boxed copy of Metro Redux compilation can get it for $49.99 or £34.99 or €39.99.

Metro 2033 and "Metro: Last Light" is also available for pre-order via Steam. Gamers who have the original game can pre-avail each of the titles for only half of the original price.
