In addition, two of the following legendary Pokemon can be used on the team: Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde.

The only legendary Pokemon that is not on this roster yet is Diancie, who will receive its own distribution event in Japan alongside the release of the Pokemon X and Y movie, "Diancie & the Cocoon of Destruction."

All Pokemon will be raised to level 100 for the battle competition, and registration runs from July 17 to July 24. The competition itself will run from July 25 to July 27. 1,000 PokeMile Points will be given to participants.
