Resident Evil 7 release date rumors remain abuzz in the gaming world.

Although no confirmation has been made yet, it seems that Resident Evil 7 release date will happen later this year. Particularly, grapevines about Resident Evil 7 release date suggest that the upcoming installment of the popular survival horror game will be available at some point on Fall 2015.

There are reports hinting the possibility that Resident Evil 7 will also be available for the Xbox One and Wii U, although the only confirmed version of Resident Evil 7 is for the PS4. But as explained on Air Herald, "it is common for Japanese media to only publicize the PS4 release in their mainstream press releases."

Another report about Resident Evil 7 suggest that it is highly likely for the upcoming survival horror video game to be connected to "Resident Evil: Retribution" film.  

And along with other Resident Evil 7 release date updates, new details have also emerged pointing out possible RE characters that will return to the game. As noted on The Fuse Joplin, it was already confirmed that Albert Wesker will have a comeback.

Moreover, according to Resident Evil 7 news, Alice, the main character from the Resident Evil movie franchise, is also rumored to be part of the upcoming game. Milla Jovovich, the actress who plays the Alice might also be voicing her in the game version.

However, this Resident Evil news was denied by Capcom saying that Alice will not be a part of Resident Evil 7.
