First Teaser Trailer For New Daniel Radcliffe Movie 2014 Released: Star Plays Lead Role In ‘Horns’, Horror Flick Out For Halloween [VIDEO]

The first teaser trailer for the new Daniel Radcliffe movie 2014 has been released, and it's super creepy! It comes hot on the heels of the poster release for Alexandre Aja's "Horns" flick.

Daniel has taken on the lead role in the film, and plays a 26-year-old character called Ig Perrish. When Ig's girlfriend Merrin Williams, played by Juno Temple, is raped and murdered, the town decides that Ig must be the perpetrator of the crimes.

It only gets murkier for Ig when he grows horns - but the horns enable him to coerce confessions and hidden sins out of people. Once he realises his power, Ig begins his quest to find the true killer.

"No one is born evil," said the voiceover in the "Horns" teaser trailer. "But sometimes, when you go through hell, the only way out is to walk deeper into the fire."

This new Daniel Radcliffe movie 2014 is based on Joe Hill's novel of the same name, and is set to have a Halloween release date in the UK. The New York Post reports that no US release date has yet been issued.

The 24-year-old actor has had a busy year so far - he's also been appearing as Billy Claven in "The Cripple of Inishmaan" on Broadway. In other Daniel Radcliffe movie 2014 news, he's spent time filming for Judd Apatow's latest comedy "Trainwreck" in New York City - and some rather strange photos surfaced from this time out and about shooting in the city!

"Photos of him walking nearly a dozen dogs near Bryant Park... on Monday all but confirm he'll appear," said the Huffington Post, in response to initial rumors over Radcliffe's "Trainwreck" appearance.

The "Trainwreck" film is also set to star the likes of Amy Schumer, Bill Hader, LeBron James, and Brie Larson, and has a rumored release date of July 2015. With so many new films on the way, it's a great time to be a Radcliffe fan!
