'Big' Lee Min Jung's Hectic Schedule Revealed at the "LG Love Hands Talk Concert"
Actress Lee Min Jung made an appearance at the "Love Hands Talk Concert" and spoke about her personal experiences from filming the KBS drama "Big."
On July 19, Lee min Jung attended the "Love Hands Talk Concert" at the Ferrum Tower in Seoul. The talk concert was organized to promote the Tromm laundry line from LG, which is endorsed by Lee Min Jung.
Lee Min Jung appeared on stage with comedian Huh Kyung Hwan, who asked about what it's like to work with actor Gong Yoo in the drama "Big." Lee Min Jung answered, "Gong Yoo is supposed to act as though a 19 year old person's soul is in his body and because of that I think there are a lot of times when I'm very out of it" and laughed.
Another reason Lee Min Jung is always out of it may be because of her tight schedule. The 16th episode will be the finale of "Big," which will be aired next week. The actors have been running on exhausting schedules from the very first day they began filming and although it is not apparent on screen, the cast and crew of "Big" are all burnt out from spending the majority of their days filming. Even on this day, Lee Min Jung arrived at the "Love Hands Talk Concert" that began at 11AM after filming early into the morning the night before at a location that was 2 hours away from Seoul.
A representative from Lee Min Jung's entertainment agency stated, "Lee Min Jung's body is very burnt out right now. She usually sleeps in the car while she travels because of her busy schedule. She will probably continue to be busy filming until next Tuesday when the drama ends."
Lee Min Jung also revealed, "Since our schedule is so tight, I have to film a crying scene and go on to filming a laughing scene right away. Filming for a drama is very different from filming a movie because you need to be able to readjust yourself to situations that constantly change. And you need to be quick on your feet."
Lee Min Jung is currently appearing in the KBS drama "Big" with co-stars Gong Yoo, miss A's Suzy, Baek Sung Hyun and Shin Won Ho. The last episode will be aired Tuesday of next week.
